At BhoomiFresh, we take great care to deliver fresh and high‑quality products. Because we primarily deal with perishable agricultural items, our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both customers and our partner farmers.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are packed or dispatched. Once your order has entered the packing or dispatch stage, cancellation may not be possible due to the perishable nature of the products.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately via phone or email with your order ID.
  • If the cancellation is accepted, any prepaid amount will be refunded as per the refund timelines below.

2. Refunds for Damaged or Poor‑Quality Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, spoiled, or not in acceptable condition at the time of delivery, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

  • Please raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and a brief description of the issue.
  • After verification, we may offer a replacement, credit, or partial/full refund depending on the extent of the issue.
  • Decisions will be made on a case‑by‑case basis, keeping in mind product type, shelf‑life, and handling conditions.

3. Non‑Refundable Situations

We may not be able to offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Complaints raised after the specified time window from delivery.
  • Products stored improperly by the customer after delivery (e.g., not refrigerated when required).
  • Minor variations in size, shape, or colour of natural produce.
  • Change of mind or taste preference once the product has been delivered in good condition.

4. Refund Mode & Timelines

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible.

  • For online payments, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • In some cases, we may issue a credit voucher or wallet balance for use on future purchases with BhoomiFresh.

5. Delivery Issues

If your order is not delivered due to issues at our end (such as logistical failures), we will either:

  • Reschedule the delivery at no extra cost, or
  • Process a full refund for the affected items.
